CONSULTATION/ASSESSMENT

We can begin the assessment process over the phone. An in-person assessment with you & other key family members may also performed in the comfort and privacy of your own home. The assessment process provides an in-depth discovery of the clients care needs, cognitive status, social & lifestyle interests, location preference and budget. During the initial call, we will explain scope of services that are offered at no charge to your family, and our role as your advocate/consultant in finding the most appropriate senior living options for you or your loved one.

COMMUNITY MATCH

We do the legwork for you to locate the best options based on your individual needs, finances, & geographic requests. Sierra Senior Placement Services knows the senior communities & carehomes, their reputations, vacancies etc. Therefore, we are able to refer you to the most appropriate options for your needs and you aren’t spinning your wheels looking at choices that are inappropriate for your situation.

TOURS

Sierra Senior Placement Services will pick you up or meet you at the first community. They will accompany your family in visiting each community/carehome to make certain that all of the important questions are asked and answered as it pertains to your specific situation. Prior to visiting the selected communities, they will prepare your family by giving suggestions of what they should observe during the tour. After the tour of each community, they will discuss the pros and cons with you to help facilitate the decision-making process. The outcome is to recreate the lifestyle enjoyed by the senior in a setting that best meets their individualized needs and lifestyle preferences, plus give the family peace of mind that their loved one is cared for, safe, secure and happy.
