·       They should be very familiar with the administration, reputations & licensing records of the communities/carehomes.

·       A Referral Agency should offer to personally meet with you for an assessment and/or to tour the custom referrals selected for you.

·       Ask about their reasons for being in this business.  Someone with personal experience coupled with professional knowledge in the senior industry will be able to offer you both compassionate & expert service!
